Meeting venues
The majority of Waikato District Council meetings are held at the Ngaruawahia Office, 15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia.
Occasionally, the Hearings Committee accommodates applicants and/or submitters by holding meetings off-site at the area concerned.
The Creative Communities New Zealand Scheme Assessment Committee meeting is held twice a year. These meetings usually rotate between Huntly, Ngaruawahia, Raglan and Tuakau.
Waikato District Council and Committee meetings
The Regulatory Committee Meeting is held in Committee Rooms 1 & 2 and all other Meetings are held in the Council Chamber

Huntly Community Board
|
Meets on the third Tuesday of the month, excluding January, April, July and October, at the Riverside Room, Civic Centre, Main Street, Huntly. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 6.00pm.

Ngaruawahia Commmunity Board
|
Meets on the second Tuesday of the month, Ngaruawahia Office, 15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 6.00pm.

Raglan Community Board
|
Meets on the second Tuesday of the month, excluding January, April, July and October in the Supper Room, Town Hall, Bow Street, Raglan. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 3.00pm.

Taupiri Community Board
|
Meets on the second Monday of the month, excluding January, April, July and October, at Memorial Hall, Greenlane Road, Taupiri. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 6.30pm. |
| Onewhero-Tuakau Community Board |
Meets on the first Monday of the month, at Tuakau Memorial Hall, George Street, Tuakau. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 9.30am. |

Meets on the second Thursday of the month at Meremere Church, Te Puea Avenue, Meremere. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 7.00pm.

Te Kauwhata Community Committee meets on the first Wednesday of the month, at St John's Hall, Baird Avenue, Te Kauwhata. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 7.00pm.
