Schick - Public Notice of Application Concerning Resource Consent
Section 95A of the Resource Management Act 1991
Waikato District Council has received the following application:
Applicant: Schick Construction & Cartage Ltd
Proposal: Application for a construction depot to stockpile, store and process topsoil, aggregate, concrete and road seal, and to store construction equipment and machinery in the Rural Zone.
Location: 435 (also known as 465) Gordonton Road ROTOTUNA being PT LOT 2 DP 24870 as comprised in Certificate of Title 12B/630.
The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
The application may be inspected at the following Waikato District Council offices and libraries during normal opening hours:

• Public Library, 4 Jesmond Street, Ngaruawahia
• Hamilton City Council Library – Level 3, Garden Place, Hamilton

Submissions close at 5pm on Monday 27 February 2012.
You must serve a copy of your submission on Schick Construction & Cartage Ltd, whose address for service is McAlley Consulting Group, PO Box 5133, Rotorua West, Rotorua 3044, as soon as reasonably practicable after serving your submission on Waikato District Council.
