Tasman Lands Ltd has applied for a Resource Consent under Section 93(2) of the RMA 1991

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 it is proposed to grant the Ngaruawahia Pony Club a licence over the Reserve land containing 3.2375 hectares being Allotment 663A Newcastle Town situated at Waipa Esplanade.

The undermentioned stock, having being seized for impounding at Tamahere are impounded at Waikato District Council Stock Pound.
