TAKE NOTICE that the Waikato District Council has applied to the Maori Land Court at Hamilton for CONFIRMATION OF ALIENATION and CHANGE OF STATUS from MAORI FREEHOLD LAND TO GENERAL LAND in respect of an area of 2,921 square metres being taken for a public work (road) and TO VEST 3,097 square metres being proposed stopped road in the trustees of the abovementioned land as compensation. The hearing of this matter will take place on the 21st day of October 2009 at 2.30pm at the Maori Land Court in Hamilton.
