Notice of Requirement for Designation

The Waikato District Council gives notice of its requirement for a designation for a public work. The site and nature of the proposed work is a road corridor, approximately 2,540m long, between Te Kauwhata Road and Waerenga Road, including the construction, operation and maintenance of the road and all ancillary structures, works and activities associated with it, to provide an alternative heavy traffic route at Te Kauwhata Village.
