Refuse and recycling over Anniversary/Waitangi days

There will be no refuse and recycling collections on Monday 30 January and Monday 6 February. All refuse and recycling will be collected one day later than usual, including Friday’s collection which will be done on the Saturday.

Maaori representation poll

The council is holding a poll on whether or not to introduce Maaori representation. The Preliminary Electoral Roll is available for public inspection from Tuesday 17 January to Tuesday 14 February.
